Curry
Nothing warms a person up more than a hot bowl of curry. Made with a delicious blend of spices, onion, ginger, tomato, and garlic, it is mixed with cream to form a sauce of medium thickness. Vindaloo

Saag
Served with your choice of chicken, fish, shrimp, or lamb, these tender, boneless pieces of meat are cooked with exotic spices, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, whipped yogurt, and chopped spinach. A terrific choice when you want great flavor but mild spice.
Korma
Korma originated from the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a combination of vegetables and meat braised together with spices, stock, cream, and yogurt. Korma is another type of curry dish and is cooked with nuts and onions. While it comes in a variety of types; chicken, chicken tikka, shrimp, lamb, and fish korma, the one constant you can expect is that it will always come out hot to warm you up at Little India.
Vegetarian Dishes
India is well known for its wide variety of vegetarian options, and Little India is no exception. Paneer is a type of soft cheese that is used in many vegetarian dishes such as saag paneer, mutter paneer, and paneer makhani. Mixed vegetables are also found in numerous dishes. Try the navratan korma, in which veggies are cooked in a sauce made with whipped cream and nuts, or try the malai kofta, which is mixed veggie cheese balls in a coconut cream sauce.
The bharta makhani is a great choice, which is made with tandoori eggplant and a mixture of onion, herbs, butter, and tomato. Other vegetarian options include entrees made with potatoes, green peas, mushrooms, okra, and lentils. Round out the meal with a side of rice and/or the garlic naan.
